How you can donate and help OUR MASJID

Thank you for your interest in contributing to and supporting our Masjid, Masjidul Waritheen. Your generous donations play a vital role in helping us continue our mission of serving the community and fostering a place of worship, education, and unity. There are several ways you can donate and help. 


Remember that every contribution, no matter the size, is genuinely appreciated and makes a positive impact on our Masjid's ability to serve the community effectively. Your donations help maintain and improve the facilities, support educational programs, provide assistance to those in need, and contribute to the overall growth and prosperity of Masjidul Waritheen. 

ways you can donate:

In Person

1. You can donate in-person at the Zakat Table on Fridays as well as use the kiosk in the multipurpose room of the cultural center. Please follow the instructions to make your payment using your preferred payment method. 

2. Place your donation in an envelope marked with your name and where you want your donation to be applied; then, place the envelope in Masjidul Waritheen’s United States Postal Service mail slot on 47th Avenue; -or-drop the envelope in one of the zakat baskets or boxes 


We are thrilled to offer the convenience of online payments for your contributions! You can now donate easily and securely through our website. Simply click on the "Donate Now" button. Follow the instructions to make your payment using your preferred payment method.


We accept Venmo payments for your convenience. To make a donation through Venmo, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open your Venmo app.

  2. Click on the "Pay or Request" option at the bottom of the screen.

  3. In the search bar, type our Venmo handle: @Masjidul-Waritheen 

  4. Enter the amount you wish to donate.

  5. Add a note or description if you'd like.

  6. Hit the "Pay" button to complete the transaction.

PLEASE NOTE cash, checks and money orders that you leave on the Zakat table and walk away without speaking with speaking to the people receipting donations will be recorded as Zakat unless otherwise noted.  If the donor is not indicated, the donation will be recorded as from “Anonymous”.  The Masjidul Waritheen community appreciates your donations.  Shukron for your patience and cooperation.
