The mission of Masjidul Waritheen is to promote peace, stability, equality, liberty, and dignity within the ummah and within the society at large; to implement the law of Al-Islam in all affairs of the ummah; to produce and maintain an environment which promotes the development of Islamic character in every individual, and which promotes in every individual the will to obey Allah in accordance with Islamic beliefs; to remove all obstacles to its mission; and, to carry the call of Al-Islam to the whole world.



Kindly refrain from engaging in conversations inside the Musalla during sunnah prayers and announcements following Jumu'a. Please move to the multipurpose/cafe area to put on your shoes and converse. Your thoughtfulness towards others is greatly appreciated. Shukron.

  2. Facebook Live: Visit the Imam's Facebook page click here at the scheduled Jumu'a time. You'll find a live stream of the sermon and prayers. Don't forget to like his page for notifications!

Please note that starting from March 15th, 2024, Jumu'a will commence at 1:30 PM due to the transition to daylight savings time.

Antar Al-Qawee and family whose mother, Billie Wesley, returned to Allah, April 26, in Hayward.  Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un, to Allah we belong and to Him is our eventual return. 


Also, to Hafsah Al-Amin and family whose husband, Imam Abu Nadir Al-Amin, beloved Imam of the San Francisco Muslim Community Center, returned to Allah April 18th, 2024. Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un.


When we get information regarding their services, we will pass the information on, insha Allah.
